Etsy Awards UK and Ireland

Meet the winners
The winners have been announced. Thank you to everyone who voted for the People’s Choice Award Winner and a special thank you to our judges.

The Etsy Awards celebrate the best of creativity. Etsy is the online marketplace for handmade and vintage products. Our mission is to re-imagine commerce in ways that build a more fulfilling and lasting world.

People’s Choice Winner

Sincerelylouise
My name is Louise Walker, author of `Faux Taxidermy Knits` and I offer my Etsy customers the experience of making their own faux trophy heads for their home. My knitting kits are fun, easy and always make people smile. I design all the pieces myself and hand print and pack each kit. My love of handmade comes from not only the feeling I have when designing a piece, but the response from my customers when they send photos of their finished knits.
My kits enable people to be creative and make something other than a scarf or an itchy jumper and encourage a whole range of people to pick up a pair of knitting needles. I like my work to have a sense of humour, each piece is giant making a comical statement in any home or office.
