At Georgia Bosson we are committed to making all of our products in the UK ensuring that we use the highest quality European linen, which requires fewer pesticides and less water than cotton, and we aim to use organic fabric wherever possible. Our fabric by the metre is printed by a family-run company just outside of London, our quilts are sewn by a husband and wife team in Dorset and our kitchen textiles are stitched by the ladies of the Holloway prison rehabilitation programme. Working with independent manufacturers allows us to work in small production runs which helps us keep waste to a minimum. In addition to this we often create limited edition collections to keep the collection fresh and exciting. Georgia is from London and studied Embroidery at Manchester. She has been printing for ten years and since graduating it has become central to her practice, forming the basis for the majority of her current collections. The eponymous Georgia Bosson design studio was established in 2012 and has worked on commissions for architects and art collectives, alongside creating contemporary, colourful and tactile homewares and stationery.
