Banquet Atelier & Workshop is a Vancouver-based studio engaged in creating quality goods celebrating the natural world. Sarah Edmonds and Tammy Lawrence look to the super natural beauty of their surroundings and embellish generously with inspiration near and far: foraging for wild mushrooms, walks on the North Shore, trips to the Beatty Biodiversity Centre. All of our products are conceived, designed, printed and produced in Vancouver with a fine attention to affordability, environmental sustainability and share a distinct beauty and uniqueness. We offer screen printed signed and dated prints, stationery, textiles and notebooks. Current inspirations include forsythia and quince blossoms, Ta-Nehisi Coates, rings on every finger, overprints, a giant salad with a poached egg on top, red and pink together, Edouard Vuillard, vintage kids clothing, cardboard sculpture, and cabins in the woods near the sea. The item we've chosen is the Houseplant Pillow from our new spring textile collection. We hand screen linen yardage in Montreal and have our products sewn locally in Vancouver. This collection includes dresses, tea towels, napkins and pillow cases.
